Celebrating with the Queen! 

As Queen Elizabeth II had a party to celebrate 70 years as Monarch, naturally, we at QEC took the opportunity to party on her behalf as well!



Of course, tea and cakes were on offer – along with that traditional British fare – tortilla’s! (We were keeping it simple!). Fun and games all around as church members and visitors of all ages joined in the celebration.





Her Majesty often speaks of her personal faith in Jesus Christ. In describing one aspect of faith she says “forgiveness lies at the heart of the Christian faith. It can heal broken families, it can restore friendships and it can reconcile divided communities. It is in forgiveness that we feel the power of God’s love.” This forgiveness is open to everyone, no matter what they have done.

Jesus offers this forgiveness to all, through faith in His life and death in our place. Come and visit to learn more.
